Our mission is to refresh tradition by offering cutting-edge
funeral supplies, unmatched customer support, and innovative product solutions
for funeral professionals. We are dedicated to delivering a fresh approach that
caters to the evolving needs of our customers.
History
In the spring of 1990, Tom Patten loaded up his belongings and drove across Michigan to Metro Detroit to sell funeral supplies. Growing up in the monument business, Tom learned a lot about the funeral industry. He soon started working for Bruce Elder, a successful entrepreneur, who guided Tom toward his dream—to own Hilton Funeral Supply. Officially established in 1992, the foundation of Hilton began with Tom traveling the road making calls to funeral homes. Tom’s brother Tim began working with him after just a few years, furthering the family affair. While Tom covered the Michigan territory, Tim covered the Indiana territory. Over the years they have continuously expanded the company and made lasting relationships with funeral directors throughout the Midwest, selling everything from fluids to plastics, printed funeral stationery to blank stock, and promotional products to keepsake candles.
Who We Are
Since its foundation, Hilton Funeral Supply has consistently reimagined, redesigned, and refreshed its product selection in funeral categories such as stationery, service, prep room, promotion, and keepsakes—all exclusively hand-picked for America’s funeral professionals. Hilton has continually expanded its customer base through a vision of innovative solutions and reliable customer service. The entire staff at Hilton Funeral Supply takes great pride in meeting the ever-changing needs of today's funeral profession.
