No, we are not a funeral home. 

Do you sell your products to the general public?

No, we sell only to funeral homes.

Will you ship expedited shipping?

Yes, we can ship expedited shipping.  Please let us know when you place your order if you need expedited shipping and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Why is your website not password protected?

We want you, the funeral director, to have quick and easy access to the products you need.  We do not sell to the general public.

Can I return a product I bought on your website?

Yes. Hilton Funeral Supply stands behind the quality of everything it sells.  If there is a problem with your orders, contact us as soon as possible.  If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, Hilton Funeral Supply will work with you to make things right.  We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been customized or personalized.
