    Hilton Funeral Supply sells to licensed funeral establishments only and reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if it is found to be placed by a non-licensed establishment.

    Privacy and Security

    Hilton Funeral Supply will not sell or release your information to any third parties.  Information requested on this Web site will be used only by Hilton Funeral Supply for processing and marketing purposes.  All transactions on this Web site are secured and encrypted with 128-bit SSL technology.

    Pricing and Payment

    All pricing is in US funds. Hilton Funeral Supply reserves the right to adjust specifications and prices without notice.  Hilton Funeral Supply is not responsible for errors in pricing or other errors appearing on its Web site and reserves the right to correct errors appearing on this site.

    You are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes or duties.  Total amount due will include shipping and handling charges.  You agree to pay amount due on the invoice and to fully cooperate with Hilton Funeral Supply in all procedures deemed necessary to protect Hilton Funeral Supply's purchase money security interest.

    Orders are not binding until accepted by Hilton Funeral Supply.  Payments must be authorized before an order will be accepted.  Hilton Funeral Supply reserves the right to defer shipments or cancel unshipped orders if you fail to make payments in accordance with these Terms.  Hilton Funeral Supply reserves the right to review all orders; regardless of any confirmation receipt sent to you, Hilton Funeral Supply may accept or decline any order for any reason. 

    Hilton Funeral Supply accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.  Cash payments and International Credit Cards are NOT accepted. Payments will be processed upon shipment. 

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    Disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or transactions between Hilton Funeral Supply and you shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan regardless of conflicts or law rules.  Hilton Funeral Supply and you shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts.  You agree not to bring any legal actions, including contract, equity, and tort, against Hilton Funeral Supply that is more than one year after the date of purchase.

    Limitation of Liability


    HILTON FUNERAL SUPPLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Images are shown for representational purposes only.  In the event that actual images of a product are unavailable, Hilton Funeral Supply reserves the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information.

    Titles to goods being purchased are retained by Hilton Funeral Supply until goods are paid for.  Goods will be shipped F.O.B. shipping point, meaning title and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.  Hilton Funeral Supply will provide estimated shipping dates but Hilton Funeral Supply will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays or damages associated with delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of a higher being or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, civil disobedience, natural disasters, fires, freight embargoes, lockouts, and strikes.


    All product names and company logos mentioned remain the trademarks of their respective owners.  All product names throughout this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.  All logos or trademarks shown on product images are solely for the purpose of showing imprinting capabilities.  

    Artwork Submission & Imprinting

    For products requiring artwork submission, e-mail files to  Be as specific as possible in any special instructions and insert your company name in the subject line.  If the image file size is too large to e-mail, call 1-800-433-8878 during business hours in order to determine the best way to send it.  Vector art is preferred (Hilton Funeral Supply accepts Adobe Illustrator CS5 and lower .ai files, and Corel Draw .cdr files).  Other acceptable formats include .eps and .tif files.  It may be in your best interests to include a digital copy (PDF) of the design so Hilton Funeral Supply can confirm the integrity of the electronic submission.  Higher resolution is always better.  Customer-submitted artwork is reviewed before production and every effort is made to ensure accuracy.  However, Hilton Funeral Supply is not liable for customer-submitted or customer-approved errors which inadvertently become part of the product.  Many products have multiple product/imprint color options.  Call 1-800-433-8878 during business hours as colors not listed on this Web site may be available upon request.  Unless otherwise specified on the purchase order, all artwork will be sized to the maximum imprint dimensions and centered in the product's standard imprint area. 

    Policies and Agreement

    Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice.  Hilton Funeral Supply is not responsible for typographical errors.  Hilton Funeral Supply reserves the right to refuse to sell a product to you at a price that is wrongly priced on this Web site.  Hilton Funeral Supply does not offer technical support or warranty.

    Online Orders

    All orders must be reviewed and accepted by Hilton Funeral Supply.  Orders will be processed within one to three business days after placement.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be held pending until the next business day.  Some orders may be delayed if items are not in stock.

    Changes to your order can only be made if the order has not already been shipped or charged.  Please call 1-800-433-8878 during business hours to request a change to an order, or e-mail immediately.

    Cancellations can only be made on orders that have NOT yet shipped.  Hilton Funeral Supply will not accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped.  Please call 1-800-433-8878 during business hours to cancel an order that has not been shipped, or e-mail immediately. 

    Back Orders

    Unavailable items will be placed on back order while the remainder of the order will be shipped.  You will only be charged for items shipped.

    Sales Tax

    Sales tax is required for orders shipped within the States of Michigan and Indiana.  Hilton Funeral Supply charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

    Shipping and Delivery

    At this time, Hilton Funeral Supply ships merchandise to locations within the Contiguous United States.  Hilton Funeral Supply reserves the right to refuse business.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  Unless you give specific instructions, Hilton Funeral Supply will select the carrier and cannot be held responsible for the arrival date of shipment.  

    Faster shipping methods, such as UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air, are available with prior approval for urgent orders.  Please call 1-800-433-8878 during business hours for more details.  

    Return Policy

    Hilton Funeral Supply stands behind the quality of everything it sells.  Please thoroughly examine all items upon receipt.  If there is a problem with an order, contact Hilton Funeral Supply’s service team as soon as possible.  If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Hilton Funeral Supply will work with you to make things right.  You may be responsible for return shipping & delivery charges, and there may be a restock fee issued or taken out of your refund.  Hilton Funeral Supply does not accept any returns or exchanges on custom, special-order items.  Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.  Refunds will be issued back to the original source of purchase.  Hilton Funeral Supply does not issue store credit.
